On March 17, 2020, Ninestar noticed that HP released firmware upgrades on certain printer models which affect the use of marketing compatible or remanufactured HP952/953/954/955 series and HP902/903/904/905 series cartridges. The upgraded printers will prompt "Cartridge Problem" and fail to work when a compatible or remanufactured cartridge is newly installed. However, the firmware upgrade will not affect the pre-installed cartridges.

After our R&D team's intense development, we are happy to announce that Ninestar's solution for latest HP firmware upgrades is available now!

Ninestar will resume the supply for HP952/953/954/955 series and HP902/903/904/905 series products from March 20, 2020.

We also suggest:
>>  Do not remove the current installed cartridges. The upgraded printers allow the installed cartridges to continue to work until they are empty.
>>  Educate your customers to disable printers' auto update function. Once disabled, their use of compatible or remanufactured products will not be affected by further firmware upgrades.
