1.Screen displays "Cartridge Set" or "NO Cartridge"           
The cartridge is not properly installed. Properly install all the cartridges      
2.The screen diaplays "Wrong Cartridge"
The cartridge was installed incorrectly. Please correctly install the cartridges according to each color
3.Displays error code "XX03 Replace" (Happen in HP products)
The cartridge is tested to have sealing problems. Please replace the cartridge.
4.Displays "NON.ORIGINAL INK"
The cartridge is non-original and the chip is not compatible with the cartridge. Conduct Non-OEM cartridge accepting operation.
5.Displays error code "XX02 REPLACE" ( Happen in HP products)
Cartridge not properly installed or have problems in circuit connection.

6.Displays "Wrong Ink IC"
The chip can not be read. Remove and reinstall the cartridge or contact the distributor to replace the chip.
7.Diaplays "Does not recognize ink levels"
The residual ink volume can not be recognized. Please remove and reinstall the cartridge for 2 to 3 times. If the problems still remains, please contact the distributor to replace the chip.
8.Displays "Expiration"
The cartridge is expired. Contact the distriburor to replace the cartridge
9."INK END"OR "INK NEAR END"?
Ink is running out. Replace the cartridge
10.Diaplays "Waste tank is full" and unable to print.
The waste ink tank is full. To clean the waste ink tank, contact the printer manufacturer to reset or replace the waste ink tank chip .
11.Displays "NO Media"
Print media is not installed. Install your print media.
12."Diaplays "Incorrect media"
Wrong print media. Check the material and size of your print media, install them correctly.
13.Diaplays “Paper Jam"
1. Elevate the bail, open the cover and gently pull out the jammed paper. (Please contact the printer manufacturer if the paper can no be smoothly pulled out).
2. Please check the setting in computer for paper setting and printer setting.
14.Diaplays "Close a cover"
The front cover and maintainance cover are open. Close the front cover and maintainance cover.
15.Diaplays "WORD CAR POSITION ERROR"

The word cart is not in correct position.
1: To check whether it is caused by paper jam. If yes, please switch off the printer, unplug the printer, remove the jammed paper and move the word cart to cartridge replacement position manually.
2.To check if there is any foreign matter on the cart track. If yes, please clean the foreign matter and move the word cart to cartridge replacement position manually.
